I’d recommend going LARGE for this shot as it looks so much better on black! Remember to press ‘Fullscreen’ on the top right for an even better viewing experience!

Opted for the HDR approach here due to the extreme dynamic range in the scene, it is still not quite as what I wanted it to be like but I reckon the 550D has done a decent job here.
I will be visiting this lavender field again shortly as I would prefer a better sunset than this, plus the rather large flare is annoying! 🙁
